Ms. Isabel joined us at St George Healthcare after a hospitalization that concluded with a new deficits of reduced balance, ambulation, and daily tasks. She required an increase in assistance from caregivers and was unable to return home due to an increased need for daily assistance.

Ms. Isabel participated in physical, occupational, and speech therapy for 4 weeks to improve her overall independence to return home. She enjoyed her group therapy sessions and made many friends while at the facility. She was able to flourish physically and socially, always being the life of the facility.

She was thrilled to be discharged home with supervision.
