“We will miss her warm smile at St. George!”

Mrs. Linda presented to St George Healthcare after a hospitalization that resulted in a new onset of decreased functional mobility, decreased strength, decreased ambulation, and pain limiting balance and safety.  She also had increased confusion and agitation.

Mrs. Linda participated in physical and occupational therapy for 4 weeks to improve her overall independence in order to return home with her husband. She participated in many group therapy sessions and put forth maximum effort to reach her prior level of function.

Mrs. Linda was ecstatic to be discharged home independent with rollator. She worked very hard to reach her goals and was very happy to be home for the first time in months! We will miss her warm smile at St. George!
